Shipping Policy

At OrthoFlex, we are committed to processing and delivering orders efficiently and securely. All orders are carefully packed and shipped using trusted delivery carriers to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Orders are typically processed within standard business hours after payment confirmation. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination, and carrier operations. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

All products are sold on an “Ex Works” basis, meaning ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier. OrthoFlex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or reshipment requests may be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to OrthoFlex. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned according to the policy outlined below.

Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full credit or refund, provided the items are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns requested after thirty (30) days and before sixty (60) days from the delivery date may be accepted subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

No returns, refunds, or replacements will be accepted after sixty (60) days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact OrthoFlex customer support before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error.

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds or credits will be processed after approval. OrthoFlex reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
