This expansion screw produces an audible “click” with each 1/4 mm turn of the screw, making it easy for parents and patients to know they’ve made the correct advancement and preventing back-up! An additional built-in safety feature prevents separation of the screw intraorally. Screw advances up to 11mm in 1/4mm increments.
